Swimmers!

We spent the weekend at the lake with some good friends from Durham-- Chris, Lynn and Molly McLaughlin and Susan and Julia Haws. We took boat rides, went swimming, and ate a lot of good food. Laura Mishler and Florence both got in the lake and LM even kicked around on a noodle. She was real pleased with herself. Other activities in our household now are: Laura Mishler enjoys playing pretend and dressing up. The other night at dinner she took a brown bean and told me it was a crab that needed dinner too. So she fed the crab (or brown bean) some of her bread. She really likes to look at photo albums too. Florence is standing and cruising. Today she accomplished two steps onto our landing-- Yikes! She also is waving bye-bye and pointing to Mesa saying Da. We are well and hope you are too.
